Plot

Do you need a lawyer? He runs his law practice in Lincoln and is ready to hit the gas. Moving around Los Angeles, he takes on cases while balancing a personal life that includes being a father and having two ex-wives.. Originally set up with CBS for a series commitment in 2020, it was canceled just before filming the first episode due to COVID.

This has now been picked up by Netflix for a 10-episode first season based on Mickey Haller’s second book, The Brass Verdict. Mickey Haller has several cars, all with custom California license plates with legal terms on them. California custom plates allow a maximum of seven letters/numbers, however all of Mickey’s plates have at least eight.. Ok, I just finished this show and I still don’t understand why people gave it low ratings.

It deserves at least 8-85 for sure

I was very skeptical about watching this because of the low ratings and not-so-good reviews, but I thought we’d try a few episodes and then decide. I ended up watching 6 episodes at once. We saw the movie LAWYER LINCOLN and we all loved Matthew McConaughey, so Manuel Garcia-Rulfo seemed like the wrong cast. I think it’s also one of the reasons why not enough people watch this show, because it’s not.

big name, but he’s actually good as Lawyer Lincoln

I enjoyed his acting and will definitely check out his other works as I don’t know him much either. And about the show it has all the ingredients for a police thriller. drama. The acting, the pace of the show and the production everything is good.

Waiting for season 2

If you like shows like BOSCH or other courtroom shows, give it a try and you’ll love it. Come on let’s hope Netflix doesn’t cancel it. It deserves more attention & love than you get. Some movies and shows become unnecessary hate, and this show is one of them.
